By an act of God, I was led to Hanley Law about 15 years ago to assist with my parent's estate planning. I was amazed of the web of considerations and common pitfalls that were explained. It was a privilege working w/Dan Hanley, (Rest in peace) and now Sean Hanley, Dan's son. When my father past about 13 years ago, they were there to advise me what must be done. Recently my mother past and I was hit with a load of things to do w/an emphasis "crossing my t's and dotting my i's." One wrong move or lack of it, could cost thousands of dollars. With customer service becoming a thing of the past more and more throughout many of the surviving businesses before and after Covid, I'm happy to say that Hanley Law still embraces old time customer service skills. To name a few: Empathy, Communication, Active listening, Knowledge, Patience,... are still practiced at Hanley Law which will allow them to exist for years to come.
